How to cook navy pasta with minced meat: a classic recipe
Navy-style pasta is a dish that never gets boring and is a great help when you have a minimal set of products at home. Traditionally, this pasta is cooked with minced meat and lightly fried vegetables. You can also add tomato sauce or pasta to spice it up.

Ingredients:
- peeled onions – 100 g
- peeled carrots – 300 g
- minced chicken – 500 g
- pasta – 500 g
- tomato paste – 3 tbsp.
- spices
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the onion and fry in a preheated pan until golden brown.
2. Add the minced meat and spices to the onion. Fry until the minced meat is cooked.
3. Grate the carrots and add to the minced meat.
4. Add tomato paste and 100 ml of water at the same time. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes under a lid over low heat.
5. Boil the pasta in salted water.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the minced meat, mix, and turn off the stove.
7. Sprinkle with herbs and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
