Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 1.5 kg
Marinade:
- garlic - 3 cloves
- ginger - 1 tsp.
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- black pepper - 1\4 tsp.
- red pepper - 1\2 tsp.
Breading:
- flour - 100 g
- starch - 25 g
- Provence herbs - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- black pepper - 1\2 tsp.
Sauce:
- barbecue sauce - 200 g
- chili pepper - 2 tbsp.
- honey - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry wings with paper towels.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the wings for 30 minutes.
3. Then mix all the ingredients for the breading. Roll the wings in it and fry in a pan. Put the finished wings on a paper towel.
4. Put all the ingredients for the sauce in the pan, mix and heat to a boil.
5. Pour the sauce over the fried wings.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or herbs.
