Food blogger Oksana Dorosh(oksana_dorosh_rezeptu) shared her recipe for oven-baked pork with onions and tomato juice on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • pork - 500 g
  • tomato juice - 500 ml
  • onion - 1 pc
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • ground black pepper
  • dried basil - 1/4 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. The pork should be washed, dried with paper towels and cut into portions.

2. Place the meat in a dish greased with vegetable oil. Add the pepper, basil, meat seasoning and salt. Lightly stir everything together.

3. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Place on the meat and pour tomato juice (you can use tomato paste diluted with water). Bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Bon appetit!
