How to cook fritters so that they are tastier than khachapuri in 15 minutes

Khachapuri is a delicious Georgian dish. They have learned to make it from different doughs like yeast, phyllo, puff pastry, kefir or milk. However, there is a simpler alternative.
Food blogger Oksana Pashko on her YouTube channel (Cooking with Oksana Pashko) shared a recipe for cheese fritters, which you can prepare in just 15 minutes and they will turn out no worse than khachapuri.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- kefir - 150 ml
- flour - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
Filling:
- hard cheese - 120 g
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- dill - 1 bunch
Method of preparation:
1. First of all, prepare the stuffing. To do this, chop dill and grate cheese on a fine grater.
2. Press garlic and add dill and sour cream in a bowl with grated cheese. Stir to a thick homogeneous mass.
3. Form small circles of the same shape. Flatten them slightly on top.
4. Prepare the dough. To do this, add eggs and salt to the cottage cheese. Beat the mass with an immersion blender until homogeneous.
5. Pour kefir into the resulting mass. Stir.
6. Add flour and baking soda. Stir with a whisk until homogeneous.
7. Now you need to fry the future khachapuri. To do this, place 1 tbsp. of dough on a heated pan with some oil, then add prepared cheese circle and cover everything tightly with dough on top. Fry in this way on both sides until ready.
