How to cook dumplings in a skillet: tastier than boiled

Instead of traditional boiled dumplings, you can fry them in a pan. The dough will have an appetizing golden crust on top, and the filling will be very juicy. They are delicious served with sour cream sauce.
The idea of cooking fried dumplings in a pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx). They cook much faster than in a saucepan.
Ingredients:
- pack of dumplings (600 g)
- 50 g of butter
- bouillon cube + 300 ml boiling water
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 100 g of sour cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- dill
- 10-15 ml of soy sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
2. Put the frozen dumplings and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
3. Pour boiling water over the broth cube. Stir.
4. Pour this broth into the fried dumplings and reduce the heat.
5. Simmer under the lid, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates.
6. For the sauce, mix sour cream, crushed garlic, soy sauce and dill.
