Oatmeal is a great dish for a healthy breakfast. You can cook it with milk and water. For an original taste, cooks advise adding parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, spices, onions, and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal
  • green onions
  • cherry tomatoes
  • butter
  • tomato paste
  • sour cream
  • mozzarella
  • basil

Method of preparation:

1. Bring water to a boil and add oatmeal.

2. Chop the onion, fry in butter and add tomatoes, spices, sour cream and grated cheese. Add the oatmeal and stir.

3. Boil a poached egg and put it on top.
