Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 1 kg
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- seasoning for chicken - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tbsp
- salt
- black pepper
- butter - 50 g
- garlic - 5 cloves
- herbs - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the wings and dry them. Combine all dry ingredients.
2. Sprinkle them over the wings and mix thoroughly.
3. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 25 minutes.
5. Remove the meat from the oven and turn each piece over.
6. Put the wings back in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven).
7. Combine the melted butter with the squeezed garlic and herbs. Pour this mixture over the still-hot wings.
