How to cook cottage cheese pancakes with suluguni: recipe for a very tasty dish

- 5% cottage cheese - 350 g
- suluguni cheese - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc
- flour - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Crush cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg and mix thoroughly.
2. Grate cheese on a large grater and add to the total mass. Mix everything again.
3- Chop the herbs, add to the curd mixture. Also add salt and flour. Stir.
4. From the resulting mass form pancakes. Roll them in flour.
