How to cook corn for a snack: adults and kids will love it

Corn is a useful vegetable that can be deliciously boiled and baked in the oven. In addition, it is the basis for cutlets. They are dietary, low-calorie and can be eaten for a snack.

Foodblogger Maria Mikhalchenko(smakoluk.ua) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for healthy and delicious corn cutlets.

Ingredients:

  • corn - 2 tbsp.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • onion - 1 tbsp.
  • parsley/cilantro - 1 tbsp.
  • fish soy sauce - 1 tsp.
  • curry - 1 tsp.
  • salt, pepper
  • flour - 8 tbsp.

Cooking method:

1. First, prepare corn, chop onion and cilantro or parsley.

2. In a deep bowl, combine corn, onion, herbs, eggs and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Add the flour and mix the mixture so that there are no lumps.

4. Place 1 tbsp. of batter on a heated buttered frying pan and fry the cutlets. Bon appetit!
