Ingredients
- Chicken quarters
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Granulated garlic
- Oil
- Fresh garlic
- Potatoes
Method of preparation
1. Wash and dry the chicken quarters with a paper towel.
2. Add salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Mix well, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for several hours.

3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, drizzle with oil, and place the chicken quarters.
4. Put the crushed garlic on the chicken and rub it.

5. You can put potatoes with salt and pepper next to the chicken.
6. Put it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 1 hour.
