Chicken fillet is a very versatile and tasty meat. It cooks quickly enough and goes well with a lot of ingredients. But the product is quite dietary. Therefore, to add juiciness, it is worth using bacon.
The idea of cooking chicken fillet in bacon was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Dimitrova (iriska_dimitrova).
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- smoked bacon (10-12 strips)
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 30 g of butter
- a sprig of rosemary
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips about 1.5 cm thick.
2. Add mustard and soy sauce, stir and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Wrap each piece of fillet in a strip of bacon.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the butter and rosemary.
5. Place the rolls and fry for a few minutes on low heat on all sides.
