How to cook chicken fillet deliciously: an option for lunch and dinner
Chicken fillet can be very tasty for lunch and dinner. One of the options is to fry the meat in dough. This makes the fillet very juicy, tender and has a soft golden crust.
The recipe for fried chicken fillet in dough was published in one of the culinary blogs (kristi_cooking_) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- fillet – 500 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- starch (potato flour) – 90 g
- garlic – 1 clove
- milk – 30 ml
- salt, pepper
- sweet paprika, hot paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, starch, garlic, milk, and spices in a bowl. The dough should be thick.
2. Peel and cut the fillet into pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Dip the fillets in the dough and leave them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
4. Fry the finished fillet over medium heat until golden brown.
