How to cook cheese soup: a perfect dish for a hearty lunch

Cheese soup is an easy and simple dish for lunch based on melted or hard cheese. The first dish is often supplemented with meat, mushrooms, sausages and even meatballs.
Food blogger Yulija Symonchuk (cook_julija_simonchuk) shared a recipe for cheese soup with mushrooms for lunch in 30 minutes on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- meat (in the recipe chicken thigh fillet) - 350 g
- mushrooms - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- potatoes - 2-3 pcs
- processed cheese - 3 pcs
- salt, pepper, bay leaf
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to cut and fry the meat in a thick-bottomed pot.
2. Pour water and boil broth.
3. Chop onion and grate carrots. Make a roasting from vegetables.
4. Chop and fry mushrooms until the liquid evaporates.
5. Chop and add potatoes to the broth, salt and cook until almost done.
6. Cut processed cheese and add to the broth. Add mushrooms and sauteed mushrooms. Cook until the cheese is completely melted.
7. Add pepper, bay leaf and herbs. Cover with a lid and let stand. Done!
