It can be deliciously cooked with minced meat and vegetables in a frying pan. Everything is as simple as possible: put all the ingredients in a frying pan and bring them to readiness.

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 1 cup
  • water - 1.5 cups
  • minced meat
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • onion - 1 pc

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water over buckwheat. Put on low heat and cook until tender.

2. Cut onion into cubes and carrot into strips. Sauté the vegetables until soft.

3. Add minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the liquid appears.

4. Add buckwheat. Stir well. Cook for a few more minutes.
