How to cook Brussels sprouts deliciously: not just soup

Brussels sprouts are an extremely healthy and light vegetable. And most often this product is used to make soup. But it can also be used to make an independent hearty dish. For this, you will need an oven.
The idea of cooking baked Brussels sprouts with cheese was published on the Instagram page of chef Mykola Lyulko (mykola_lyulko).
Ingredients:
- Brussels sprouts - 1 kg
- salt -10 g
- lemon - 0.5 pcs
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- coriander - 1 tsp.
- dry garlic - 1 tsp.
- pepper - 0.5 tsp
- olive oil - 3-4 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 300 g
- mayonnaise - 150 g
- sriracha or kim chi sauce - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the cabbage in salted water with lemon for 5-7 minutes.
2. Add spices, oil, and stir.
3. Easily crush with a glass to a thickness of 1 cm.
4. Coat each cabbage in Parmesan on one side and place on a baking sheet, cheese side down.
5. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes. The cheese melts and turns golden.
6. Make a sauce of mayonnaise and sriracha.
