How to cook broccoli deliciously: a healthy snack for adults and children

Broccoli sprouts are a very healthy food that can be eaten as a snack or as a side dish. They can be delicious baked in the oven, pan-fried in batter, boiled, added to salads and even baked goods.
Food blogger Julia with the nickname juli_co.ok on her Instagram page shared a recipe for baked broccoli with sauce and cheese that you can make in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Broccoli
- olive oil
- salt
- provincial herbs
- firm cheese
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to boil the broccoli until it is almost cooked.
2. After cooking, place the cabbage on a baking tray lined with parchment. On top of each piece slightly crush with a glass to give a more uniform shape to the vegetable.
3. For the sauce, mix the olive oil, salt and herbs. Grease each piece of cabbage.
4. Also sprinkle grated cheese on top of the broccoli.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
