How to close tomatoes in Armenian style for the winter: we share the technology

Armenian style tomatoes are very juicy and spicy. The secret is to cut the fruit in half. They will release enough juice and will not split.
The idea of cooking tomatoes in the Armenian style was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tatiana with the nickname voloshka_gotye. This appetizer will perfectly complement the festive table in winter.
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of tomatoes
- 2-3 pieces of sweet pepper
- 1 piece of hot pepper
- 1 head of garlic
- a bunch of herbs to taste, if you like - add cilantro
Ingredients for the brine:
- 1 liter. water
- 1 tbsp. salt (with a slide)
- 4 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp. vinegar in each jar
Method of preparation:
1. Tomatoes should be small, firm and dense.
2. Grind sweet and hot peppers, garlic and herbs in a blender.
3. Cut the tomatoes in half.
4. Put the dressing equally into sterilized jars and add the tomatoes.
5. For the marinade, dissolve salt and sugar in water, cook after boiling for a few minutes and pour into jars, adding vinegar to each jar.
6. Cover with lids, put in a saucepan on a towel and pour hot water.
7. From the moment the water boils, sterilize for 10 minutes.
8. Screw on the lids, turn the jars over, and wrap them until they cool.
9. We store canned food in the basement.
