The composition of kefir should be as concise as possible, because, first of all, it is an absolutely natural product. A truly high-quality kefir should contain only milk and lactic acid bacteria.
Vitalina Okhten, head of the production laboratory, confirms the same in the article. According to her, the maximum shelf life of kefir should not exceed 21 days. That's when the product will be endowed with its unique delicate pinching flavor.
In addition, Konstantin claims that you should never buy low-fat kefir. The fact is that during the process of fat-freeing the product, all the nutrients and vitamins that were previously contained in it disappear from the kefir.
And, of course, in order for kefir to be well tolerated, you need to know the extent of its consumption. The daily consumption of kefir for a healthy person is 200-250 ml.
