- corn - 4 cobs
- water - 0.5 liters
- citric acid - 1/2 tsp.
- sugar (can be more) - 1 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the corn.
2. Separate the kernels from the cob.
3. Boil the marinade.
4. Next, pour the corn into it.
5. Boil for 5 minutes.
6. Pour hot corn into sterilized jars and pour the same marinade.
