How to bread cauliflower to make it crispy

Cauliflower does not have a pronounced flavor if raw. But this useful vegetable can become a delicious spicy appetizer. You just need to bread it properly.

Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 head
- butter - 50 g
- hard cheese (preferably parmesan) - 100 g
- breadcrumbs - 70 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the cabbage into florets.
2. Melt the butter and add crushed garlic, salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
3. Stir everything together.
4. Pour this mixture into the cabbage and stir.
5. Separately mix grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
6. Add to the cabbage and mix thoroughly again.
7. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment or a silicone mat.
8. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
