How to boil juicy and soft corn

Corn is a very useful and tasty product from which salads, porridge and soups are prepared. The vegetable can be boiled and baked, supplemented with spices, herbs and cheese.
Chef Vadym Bzhezynsky (pava_vb) shared a recipe for boiled cottage cheese corn with spices and melted cheese on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- water - 1 liter
- corn - 3-4 pieces
- thyme
- melted cheese - 2 pcs
- peas - 7-8 pcs
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Add cheese to hot water and stir until dissolved.
3. Add salt, pepper and thyme. Stir.
4. Peel corn and cut it into smaller pieces. Place in water and cook for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
