How to boil crayfish: they turn out very juicy
Summer is the time to eat juicy and fleshy crayfish. But to make this product really tasty, you need to know how to cook it.
Food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking shared her tips on how to boil crayfish on Instagram. It is very important to add the right spices to the broth, as well as monitor the cooking time.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg. crayfish
- 1 onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- bay leaf
- 3 tbsp of salt
- 5-8 tbsp of dill
- 1 tbsp of allspice
- 3 liters of water
Method of preparation:
1. Add all the spices to the water.
3. Bring to a boil.
3. Put the crayfish into the boiling water.
3. As soon as one crayfish pops up, set the timer for 8 minutes (cook over medium heat).
4. After 8 minutes, remove the pan from the heat.
5. Cover with a lid.
6. Leave for 10 minutes.
