How to boil crayfish deliciously: they are very juicy
Summer is coming soon. And this is the time to eat juicy and fleshy crayfish. But to make this product really tasty, you need to know how to cook it.
- 1 kg. crayfish
- 1 onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- bay leaf
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 5-8 tbsp. dill
- 1 tbsp. aromatic pepper
- 3l. water
Method of preparation:
1. Add all the spices to the water.
3. Bring to a boil.
3. Put the crayfish in boiling water.
3. As soon as one crayfish pops up, set the timer for 8 minutes (cook over medium heat).
4. After 8 minutes, remove the pan from the heat.
5. Cover with a lid.
6. Leave it for 10 minutes.
