How to bake tomatoes deliciously: for potatoes, meat and fish
Tomatoes can not only be pickled, salted or added to salads, but also baked in the oven. In this form, they go perfectly with cereals, potatoes, meat and fish. Tomatoes should be complemented with aromatic spices and herbs, and garlic should be added for a bright taste.
- cherry tomatoes - 500 g
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- balsamic cream - 1 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp
- sea salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the tomatoes, namely wash, dry and put them in a baking dish.
2. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and squeeze the garlic onto each tomato through a garlic press.
3 Mix the oil, balsamic cream and honey separately. Pour the sauce over the tomatoes. Put a sprig of thyme in the mould.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
