How to bake pork ribs deliciously: juicy and soft

It's too early to cook ribs over a fire, so the best option for cooking this meat is the oven. And even in the oven, you can make a very flavorful, juicy, and soft dish with a crust. To do this, you need to prepare a glaze.
The idea of cooking ribs in the glaze was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Vita with the nickname v.vanilinka.
Ingredients:
- 800-1000 g of pork ribs
- salt, pepper
Ingredients for the glaze:
- 3-4 plums (can be replaced with tomatoes)
- 2-3 tbsp of ketchup
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, if you have it
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry garlic
- ground black pepper
- a little salt (salted soy sauce is already in the composition)
Method of preparation:
1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, wrap in parchment, then in foil, and cook in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 80-90 minutes.
2. For the frosting, mix all the ingredients until combined.
3. Take the ribs out of the oven, drain off the juices if there are a lot of them, and cut the ribs into portions.
4. Dip each piece in the glaze, put it on a baking sheet, and put it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
5. You can turn on convection and brush each piece with glaze again during the baking process.
