How to bake plums in 10 minutes: an appetizer for wine and a snack at the same time

Baked plums are the perfect dish for dessert, a snack or even a wine appetizer. They can be prepared with salty and sweet fillings, using various ingredients and spices: cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, thyme and even garlic.

One of the culinary blogs (maslyana_tm) on Instagram published a recipe for baked plums with garlic and thyme, which you can prepare in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • plums
  • thyme
  • garlic
  • vegetable oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Wash plums, remove seeds and cut in half. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment.

2. Sprinkle the plums with salt and pepper.

3. Garlic should be peeled and cut into rings. Put one of them in the middle of each plum.

4. Sprinkle the plums with thyme leaves and grease with vegetable oil.

5. Bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy your appetite!
