How to bake meat to make it juicy: technology without marinades
Pork does not need to be marinated in a large number of ingredients to be soft and juicy. Just a few spices are enough to make the meat taste perfect. The main thing is the baking technology.
The idea of cooking juicy and soft baked pork was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann_kiper.
Ingredients:
- 700 g of pork (fillet)
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- mustard seeds
- a sprig of rosemary
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the garlic cloves into 2-4 pieces.
2. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel, and make cuts in it.
3. Insert the garlic into the slits.
4. Rub the pork with salt and pepper. Spread with mustard.
5. Put the meat in the foil, put a sprig of rosemary on top.
6. Wrap the pork in foil. Put in a baking dish.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour and a half.
