How to bake drumsticks to make them juicy: a simple cooking idea

Chicken drumsticks are the best for baking. When cooked, this meat develops an appetizing crispy crust and becomes very juicy and tender. But this is only if you cook the product in combination with a variety of vegetables.
The idea of cooking chicken drumsticks with vegetables was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna (anny.cooking).
Ingredients (for a serving of 5-6 people):
- drumsticks – 1.3 kg
- salt – 1 tsp.
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
- oil – 2 tbsp.
- garlic – 2 grated cloves
- spices: 1 tsp. of paprika, 1/2 tsp. of tender curry, 1/3 tsp. of black pepper, 1 tsp. of French mustard
- vegetables: potatoes, carrots, onions, etc.
Cooking method:
1. Add salt, soy sauce, grated garlic, oil, and spices to the drumsticks.
2. Stir and leave to marinate for one or more hours.
3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put potatoes, onions, carrots.
4. Season with salt and drizzle with oil.
5. Put the marinated drumsticks on top, and pour the sauce that has drained off them.
6. Bake at 190 degrees for 1 hour, but after 20 minutes turn all the drumsticks over, after another 20 minutes turn them back over and bake.
