Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
  • salt – 0.5 tsp.
  • pepper to taste
  • sugar – 1 tsp without a slide
  • paprika – 1 tsp.
  • smoked paprika – 1 tsp.
  • dried garlic – 0.5 tsp or 2 cloves of freshly grated garlic
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • oil – 2 tbsp.

1. Make an incision on the fillet. This is to ensure that the marinade is well-saturated.

2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade.
