How to bake chicken fillet to make it juicy: we share the technology
Chicken is considered one of the most dietary meats, so it can turn out to be somewhat dry during cooking. Especially when baked, the product simply dries out. So to prevent this from happening and make the dish soft and juicy, you need to make the right marinade.
The idea of cooking a juicy chicken fillet was published on the Instagram page of blogger Diana Verheliss (diana.vergeliss).
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
- pepper to taste
- sugar – 1 tsp without a slide
- paprika – 1 tsp.
- smoked paprika – 1 tsp.
- dried garlic – 0.5 tsp or 2 cloves of freshly grated garlic
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- oil – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Make an incision on the fillet. This is to ensure that the marinade is well-saturated.
2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade.
3. Lubricate the meat with it.
4. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
6. Put the fillet and cook for 20-25 minutes.
