How to add eggs to make pancakes fluffy and tall: dough recipe

Pancakes are the perfect dish for a delicious and quick breakfast. They can be made with milk, kefir, and even plain water. However, to make them fluffy and tall, it's not enough to just mix the ingredients.

One of the culinary blogs (cook_enjoying) on Instagram published a recipe for Japanese pancakes. Their peculiarity is that the proteins for the dough need to be whipped separately, so the pancakes are very fluffy and grow perfectly.

Ingredients (8 pcs.):

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 60 g
  • milk - 60 ml
  • baking powder - 0.5 tsp
  • salt
  • sugar\sweetener

Method of preparation:

1. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Add sweetener and milk to the yolks, mix well.

2. Then add flour and baking powder, mix again.

3. Add a pinch of salt and a little sugar/sweetener to the whites and beat until stiff.

4. Mix the two masses.

5. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan.
