Simultaneous cooking of soft and tough vegetables

If you add not enough spices, the vegetables will turn out unleavened. It is necessary to cover the pieces very tightly with spices. A very good solution is to marinate the vegetables for several hours. The container should be stored in the refrigerator.

Adding the glaze immediately

 

A glaze of honey or brown sugar is often added to the vegetables to give them a delicious caramelized crust. But these will all burn very quickly. So if you want to add caramel flavor - add all the necessary ingredients just a minute before the product is ready.
