How long and what to use for chicken wings: they turn out golden and crispy
Chicken wings are the perfect meat for any side dish. It is this part of the chicken that cooks very quickly. The most important thing is to choose the right marinade to get a golden color and crispy texture.
The idea of cooking golden and crispy wings was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tania Sheremet (tania_sheremet_).
Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 800 g
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- dry garlic - 0.5 tsp.
- turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tsp
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the wings well.
2. Put them in a bowl.
3. Add all the marinade ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Cover with cling film and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
