How to make lazy stuffed cabbage rolls with meat

Ingredients for cabbage rolls:
- 100g. rice
- 400 g. cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- oil

- 500 g of minced meat
Ingredients for the filling:

- 3 tbsp. l sour cream
- 150 g. tomato ketchup
- 200 ml. water
- salt and pepper,
Method of preparation:
1. Chop onion, carrot and cabbage. Put them in a frying pan. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
2. Mix minced meat, pre-cooked rice, spices, and vegetable mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Form the meat and vegetable mixture into oblong cabbage rolls and place them in a baking sheet.
Method of preparation of the sauce:
1. Take one onion and one carrot. Chop and stew them.
2. Add sour cream, ketchup, water and spices to the vegetables.
3. Stir and pour over the cabbage rolls.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
