- 100g. rice
- 400 g. cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- oil
- salt, pepper
- 500 g of minced meat

- 150 g. tomato ketchup
- 200 ml. water

Method of preparation:
1. Chop onion, carrot and cabbage. Put them in a frying pan. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
