  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • boiling water - 2 cups
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • red pepper - 2 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • peas - 50 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves.
  • parsley bunch
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper grains - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash bulgur and fry in a pan with grated and chopped vegetables.
