Ingredients:
- bulgur - 1 cup
- boiling water - 2 cups
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- red pepper - 2 pcs.
- onions - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- peas - 50 g
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- parsley bunch
- salt - to taste
- black pepper grains - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash bulgur and fry in a pan with grated and chopped vegetables.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, peas, garlic, add water and simmer under the lid.
