Homemade tomato juice for the winter: you can't tell the difference from the store-bought one

Homemade tomato juice is an original preparation for winter, which is very easy to prepare at home. The juice is natural, does not contain dyes and preservatives and is much tastier than store-bought juice. If desired, it can be supplemented with spices.
Food blogger Natalia Parkhomenko on her YouTube channel (Natasha Parkhomenko) shared a recipe for healthy tomato juice for winter.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 7 kg
- sugar - 1 tsp. (1 liter of juice)
- salt - 0.5 tsp. (1 liter of juice)
- bay leaves - 0.5 pcs (1 liter of juice)
- salt - a pinch (1 liter of juice)
- allspice - 1 pc (1 liter of juice)
Method of preparation:
1. Wash tomatoes, squeeze the juice or whip with a blender.
2. Pour the tomato juice into a saucepan and put it on fire. Bring to a boil. Remove the foam in the process.
3. Add bay leaves, pepper, salt and sugar to taste. Cook for another 15 minutes.
4. When the allotted time has passed, you need to take the peppers and leaves out. Pour the hot juice into sterile jars and cover with lids. Turn the jars upside down, cover with something warm and leave until completely cooled. Done!
