Homemade thick tomato paste: you won't tell the difference from store-bought one

Tomato paste is a base for sauces and a great addition to soup or borscht. It is very easy to make at home, using only tomatoes and salt. Following the recommendations, the paste comes out thick and natural. It is also indistinguishable from store paste.
Food blogger Natalia Maruha (kulinarni_vykrutasy) shared a recipe for thick tomato paste on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:

Method of preparation:
1. First you need to wash and cut tomatoes in quarters and transfer to a pot. Put on fire and boil until soft.
