Homemade cake in 20 minutes: without dough and oven
A delicious homemade cake can be made without dough, rolling out cakes, or even baking in the oven. Alternatively, you can use shortbread crumbs and simple custard. This cake, by the way, takes only 20 minutes to prepare and is convenient to cook without light on a gas stove.
Food blogger TetianaSheremet (tania_sheremet) shared a recipe for a homemade cake on her Instagram page without dough and rolling out cakes.
Ingredients:
- butter – 120 g
- flour – 250 g
- sugar – 60 g
- salt – a pinch
For the cream:
- sour cream 20% – 500 g
- sugar – 120 g
- vanilla sugar – 10 g
- cornstarch – 1 tbsp.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- butter – 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour and mix it with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and butter. Grind to a state of crumbs.
2. Pour the resulting mass into a preheated frying pan and fry constantly until golden brown. Then pour it into a bowl.
3. For the cream, put sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch into a saucepan. Put on the fire and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Then remove from heat, add butter, and stir.
4. Pour 4 tablespoons of the total crumbs, and divide the rest into 4 parts.
5. Proceed to form the cake. Take the ring and place it on a flat bowl, cover the bottom with parchment. Layer some of the crumbs and cream. Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
6. Decorate the finished cake with the remaining crumbs. Put the dessert into the refrigerator overnight.
