"Plombir" is the most popular type of ice cream, which is very easy to prepare at home. It is prepared without sugar, milk, chocolate and berries. In the classic version, it is supplemented with waffles, which makes the dessert even tastier.
- cream 30% - 500 g
- condensed milk - 300 g
- waffles - 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the cream with a mixer until a thick lush mass is formed.
2. Add condensed milk and mix with mixer until smooth.
3. The resulting mass can be placed in a mold and frozen in this form. Or, place a piece of waffle on the bottom of the mold, spread the ice cream, then cover with another piece of waffle.
4. Freeze the dessert. Enjoy your appetite!
