  • medium zucchini - 2 pcs
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 3-4 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper, spices to taste

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • processed cheese - 3 pcs
  • cream cheese - 2 tbsp.
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 1-2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • tomatoes - 1 pc

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini on a large grater.

2. Let stand for 15 minutes.

3. Squeeze out excess liquid.

4. Add eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, spices, flour, mix and place on a parchment-lined baking tray (use good quality siliconized parchment).

5. Flatten and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

6. For the filling, grate the processed cheese on a large grater, add the cream cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, mix and place on the cooled zucchini crust.

7. Flatten the filling, arrange the sliced tomato slices on top.

8. Wrap the roll and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
