Hearty zucchini casserole with minced meat: it turns out to be very juicy

Zucchini and meat are the perfect combination for a hearty casserole. It is best to choose minced meat - it is juicy and cooks quickly. This budget dish is enough for the whole family.
The idea of cooking a juicy zucchini casserole with meat was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Lazun (iren.lazun). The zucchini for the dish is simply grated.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 450 g
- medium zucchini - 2 pcs
- egg - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- hard cheese - 100-150 g
- salt, pepper, spices
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Chop the onion and garlic in a blender.
3. Add the egg, finely chopped tomato, garlic, onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
4. Squeeze the zucchini out of excess liquid and add to the minced meat, mix, put into a baking dish.
5. Put in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Then take out the casserole, sprinkle with cheese and put in for another 10 minutes (until melted).
