Hearty potato zrazy for lunch: how to save time

We always have potatoes at home. So if you need to prepare a quick dinner, this vegetable is the perfect ingredient. It can be made into delicious zrazy that are eaten in minutes.
The idea of making hearty potato zrazy for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia (yuliia_mikulich). To save time, mix the filling with the potatoes and immediately form the products.
Ingredients:
- boiled potatoes - 600-650 g
- minced chicken - 300 g
- mushrooms - 250 g
- onions - 150 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 40 g
- salt, pepper, paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake potatoes in the microwave/oven until tender. It is better to bake them because when they are cooked, they absorbs water, and zrazy do not need excess moisture.
2. Fry minced chicken in vegetable oil until cooked.
3. Add salt, pepper, paprika or other spices.
4. Put the minced meat into a bowl.
5. Finely chop mushrooms.
6. Finely chop onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
7. Add the mushrooms to the onion and fry everything until the mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Add the mushrooms to the minced meat, mix and cool the ingredients.
9. Mash potatoes with a masher.
10. Add egg and flour, mash everything together and knead the potato mixture.
11. Add the minced meat and mushrooms to the potatoes. Knead the mass thoroughly, form zrazy and roll them in breadcrumbs. If the potato mass sticks to your hands (and this can happen if you boil the potatoes), form patties with wet hands.
12. Heat a frying pan with oil.
13. Fry zrazy on both sides until golden brown. Let them cool down.
