Hearty pea soup with meatballs: cooked in a slow cooker

Pea soup is a very tasty and healthy first course that can be prepared in different ways: with chicken, smoked meats, ribs, and mushrooms. It is quite easy to prepare, as it can be cooked in a saucepan and a slow cooker. The dish is hearty and flavorful - the whole family will be fed.
Food blogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana_dorosh_rezeptu) shared a recipe for pea soup with meatballs on her Instagram page, which you can easily prepare in a slow cooker.
Ingredients:
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- peas - 1 cup
- minced meat - 300 g
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry in the Frying program for about 8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, make meatballs from the minced meat.
3. Rinse the peas and chop the potatoes. Add to the roast along with the meatballs. Pour boiling water, add salt and pepper. Cook in the "Soup" program.
