Hearty meatballs for lunch: perfect for any porridge and potatoes

Instead of store-bought sausages, make these meatballs for lunch with potatoes or porridge. It will be much more satisfying and healthy. And if you're worried that it will be too fatty, this is definitely not the dish for you. The meatballs are baked in the oven and are very juicy and soft.

Ingredients:
- minced meat (turkey or chicken) - 500 g.
- onion - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 30 g.
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l
- pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- salt - to taste
- cream 10% - 200 g
- mushrooms - 250 g
- olive oil - 5 g
- herbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. For the meatballs, mix minced meat, grated cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, onion and spices.
2. Mix thoroughly and form small balls.
3. Put the meatballs in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and put in the oven for 20 minutes. The temperature is 180 degrees.
4. For the sauce, fry mushrooms, add cream at room temperature and simmer over low heat until thickened.
5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and put them in the oven for another 15 minutes.
6. Serve with your favorite side dish.
