Hearty lasagna for lunch: how to cook a restaurant dish at home
Lasagna is a traditional Italian dish served in many restaurants around the world. But it's also very easy to make at home if you buy special pasta sheets. You just need to prepare the sauces and bake everything.
The idea of cooking lasagna with minced meat and mushrooms was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Zhanna Humeniuk (zhanna.humeniuk). Add a lot of grated cheese on top.
Ingredients:
- minced pork – 1 kg
- onion – 1 pc.
- garlic – 3-4 cloves
- carrots – 1 medium
- mushrooms – 7-8 large
- hard cheese – 250 g
- cream cheese – 300 g
- water – 500 ml.
- tomato sauce – 350 ml.
- lasagna sheets
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, mushrooms, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
2. Grate hard cheese in a separate container.
3. For the meat sauce, fry the mushrooms in a preheated frying pan until the mushrooms release all the excess water.
4. Next, add the fried onions and garlic, and finally add the grated carrots.
5. Simmer the vegetables under a closed lid for about 3 minutes.
6. Then add the minced meat.
7. Fry the entire meat sauce over low heat under a closed lid until half cooked.
8. Add tomato sauce at the end.
9. For the cream sauce, put 300 g of cream cheese in a container, add 500 milliliters of water, and bring to a boil over low heat.
10. Put the lasagna sheets in the bottom of the baking dish and pour the meat sauce generously over them.
11. Next, cream sauce and a little more grated cheese.
12. Repeat the whole process until the filling is finished.
13. Cover the baking dish with foil, put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes, and remove the foil 10 minutes before it is ready.
14. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and put back in the oven until the lasagna is ready.
