Hearty cottage cheese bagels for breakfast: any filling will do

- hard cheese - 100 g
- flour - 100 g

Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
2. Divide the dough into two parts.
3. Make a sausage and form a ring.
4. Brush with egg yolk.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
7. The filling can be completely different: you can smear it with cream cheese, add cucumber/avocado/shrimp or red fish, fried egg, salad leaves.
