Hearty chicken meatballs with a filling instead of regular cutlets: be sure to cook for lunch

Instead of traditional fatty cutlets for lunch, you can make delicious meatballs. For them, you will need a chicken fillet. The meat will not be dry, because it is combined with a juicy mushroom filling.

The idea of making juicy chicken meatballs for lunch was published on the Instagram page of Olha Riabenko (olga_riabenko_), a super finalist of the Masterchef project. It can be served with a variety of cereals and light salads.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 4 pcs.
  • onion – 2 pcs.
  • mushrooms – 500 g
  • salt, pepper
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • sour cream – 100 g
  • eggs – 1 pc.
  • dill
  • hard cheese – 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet, pound it, season with salt and pepper.

2. Dice the mushrooms, onions, and potatoes and fry in a frying pan.

3. Grate the cheese.

4. Put the fillet in the cup.

5. Put the filling inside, cheese on top and press well.

6. Cover with the meat and turn the cup over.

7. Put the formed meatballs on a baking sheet.

8. Mix the sour cream with the egg and dill.

9. Lubricate the wraps and sprinkle with cheese.

10. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
