Delicious sweet candies can be made even at home. You don't need dairy products or eggs for this dessert. The sweets are made from dates, so they are very healthy.

The idea of making healthy sweets with dates was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname food_1333.

Ingredients:

  • dates - 150 g
  • nut paste with milk chocolate - 100 g
  • coconut flour - 60 g (can be 50/50 with coconut flakes)

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • dark chocolate - 85 g
  • coconut oil - 15 g

Method of preparation:

1. Combine all the ingredients for the candy in a blender. Weigh and divide into 10 equal parts (10 candies of 30 grams each).

2. Form the candies into any shape and put them in the freezer for 15-30 minutes. If you use 30 grams of coconut flakes and 30 grams of flour, you may need another 10 grams of flour for rolling to remove the oil that will be released through the flakes. If you don't have any, don't roll.

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
