The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very light, dietary sandwiches made from Chinese cabbage with egg and cheese.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage or iceberg lettuce
- Eggs
- Tomato
- Cheese.
Method of preparation:
1. From the eggs make an omelet.
2. Put the omelet on lettuce or cabbage leaves, top with tomatoes and cheese.
3. Roll up and cut in half.
