Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage or iceberg lettuce
  • Eggs
  • Tomato
  • Cheese.

Method of preparation:

1. From the eggs make an omelet.

2. Put the omelet on lettuce or cabbage leaves, top with tomatoes and cheese.
