Healthy muffins for children without flour

- 1 egg
- 90 g children's cottage cheese without filling
- 1 tbsp semolina
- 1/2 apricot/peach/nectarines or strawberries (but it is better to choose a fruit that is not too watery)
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg and cottage cheese with an electric whisk.
2. Add semolina.
3. Leave for 5 minutes.
4. Slice fruit.
5. Arrange in the molds.
6. Fill the molds.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
