A food blogger with the nickname anny.cooking offered a great alternative on her Instagram. She told us how to make incredible flatbreads with just a few ingredients, as well as what to add to them to make a delicious and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients for 8 pieces
- dry lentils - 200 g
- water - 150 ml
Ingredients for the filling
- cream cheese
- greens
- cucumber
- redfish
Method of preparation
1. Cover lentils with water and leave for 4 hours or overnight.
2. Drain the water, rinse, add 150 ml of water and beat with a blender.
3. Heat a frying pan and pour the lentil batter with a ladle. Smooth it out and fry on both sides until golden brown. It is worth greasing the frying pan with oil.
4. Cool, fold the flatbreads in half, add the filling and enjoy. By the way, you can choose any filling.
